“Its strategic position, its human capital and a series of government measures have made the Kingdom an attractive destination for companies seeking to outsource their customer services,” the issue notes in an article published on Friday.

Morocco’s young, multilingual human capital represents a “first-rate competitive advantage,” the magazine explains, noting that this language proficiency enables Moroccan staff to meet the diversified needs of international companies, mainly in Europe and North America.

According to Parada Visual, ”the measures taken by the Moroccan government, notably economic and fiscal measures, modern infrastructure and an attractive business environment, favor foreign investment in the sector, thus reinforcing the Kingdom’s position as a regional hub for offshore services.”

“In the face of increased global competition, Morocco is continuing efforts to bolster the sustainability and social responsibility of its call center industry,” the article’s author point out, adding that the country has embraced ”responsible practices, enshrining its position as a major player” in the call center sector on an international scale.

“Digital transformation, driven by artificial intelligence and automation, is an essential growth lever for call centers in Morocco, boosting their efficiency and their ability to personalize services to meet the expectations of a demanding international clientele,” he concluded.

Morocco has emerged as a “strategic player” in the international offshoring services sector, the Spanish trade magazine Parada Visual writes.
