The Council will begin with a presentation by the Minister of Justice, Abdellatif Ouahbi, on the role of the Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding administrative courts, followed by another presentation by the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, Younes Sekkouri, on joining vocational institutions for the 2024-2025 year.
The Council will next review two draft decrees, the first of which concerns the implementation of the provisions of articles 42 and 44 of the law on Medicine and Pharmacy Code, while the second is related to granting certificates of free sale and compliance with the rules of manufacturing best practices.
The Council will conclude its proceedings by examining proposals for appointments to higher positions, in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
