Ouahbi explained that this is part of the structural reforms of the judicial system aimed at enhancing respect for the rule of law and upholding its primacy, and consolidating the achievements made in terms of rights and freedoms as well as the principles of transparency and governance of public affairs, in accordance with the High Royal Guidelines, said Government Spokesperson Mustapha Baitas during a press briefing after the Council.

Ouahbi stressed that the main purpose of this reform is to strengthen administrative justice and guarantee neutrality in the handling of disputes, adding that this approach seeks to promote balanced legal representation, which will help to protect the general interest and ensure that the law is applied accurately and effectively.

The Council of Government, held Thursday under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, heard a presentation on administrative courts by Justice Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi.
