Over and above its sporting nature, this event is part of the military cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United Kingdom, according to a press release from the Royal Guard.
It highlights the excellence of Morocco’s polo infrastructure, as well as the Royal Guard’s commitment to promoting this noble equestrian sport.
On the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, the Royal Guard is organizing a friendly polo match between the Royal Guard team and the UK Household Cavalry team, on Saturday February 8 at the Royal Guard Polo Club in Souissi-Rabat.
