French President Delivers Speech before Moroccan Parliament

The President of the French Republic, H.E. Mr. Emmanuel Macron, currently on a State visit to Morocco at the invitation of HM King Mohammed VI, delivered a speech on Tuesday to members of both Houses of Parliament, meeting in a joint session.
