“Morocco is increasingly positioning itself as a key destination for IT offshoring, especially for services aimed at international markets,” Kettani said in an interview with MAP on the sidelines of the third edition of GITEX Africa.

Praising the excellence of Moroccan talent, Kettani noted that DXC CDG relies on local technical expertise to deliver high-quality services that meet global standards.

Outlining the company’s mission, he explained that DXC CDG supports Moroccan organizations in their digital transformation by offering comprehensive IT solutions, including infrastructure (data centers, cybersecurity, cloud services, servers, storage) and tailored business applications.

He also discussed the group’s creation of an AI Center of Excellence aimed at industrializing AI for the benefit of businesses and citizens alike.

The center, he said, is designed to deliver reliable, scalable, and highly relevant solutions that address real-world challenges.

DXC CDG is also committed to talent development through the “Jobintech” program, launched in collaboration with the Morocco Digital Cluster to cultivate a new generation of digital professionals.

“This initiative aims to unlock the potential of the IT sector by training and integrating 1,000 people into tech-related jobs, contributing to the creation of 800 jobs in under two years,” he concluded.

GITEX Africa Morocco is a striking showcase of the Kingdom’s potential to emerge as a major tech hub and host world-class international events, CEO of DXC CDG, Mehdi Kettani, said on Tuesday in Marrakech.
