In this regard, the President of the Council of Jewish Communities in Morocco, Serge Berdugo, read a synagogue letter, at the David Hamelekh Synagogue in Casablanca.

Through this letter, Moroccan Jews wished their Muslim fellow citizens and neighbors, who are celebrating Eid Al-Fitr, that their prayers be answered and that their good deeds contribute to the advent of a better world for all.

On this sacred occasion, Chief Rabbi David Abehsera, Judge-Rabbi Hazout and the large congregation of the Synagogue fervently offered prayers and solemn blessings before the Torah scrolls, imploring the Almighty to protect His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, grant Him health, happiness, and success in all His initiatives for the good of the Kingdom.

They also prayed to the Most High for the happiness and health of HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid, HRH Princess Lalla Khadija, the Illustrious Royal Family, and the Moroccan people.

Moroccan Jews extended on Sunday, their congratulations to their Muslim fellow citizens on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
