Gainer was crowned champion of the Lalla Meryem Cup, part of the Ladies European Tour (LET), after a playoff against Indian golfer Diksha Dagar. The English golfer finished one stroke under par, while Dagar secured second place with a score of one stroke over par.
Singapore’s Shannon Tan came in third with a total score of 211 strokes (8 under par).
English golfer Cara Gainer won the 28th edition of the Lalla Meryem Cup on Saturday, held at the Royal Golf Dar Es Salam Club in Rabat, under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI on February 03-08.
