Launched in the presence of the Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Rabat, Robert Dölger, and the Resident Director of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Morocco, Kathrin Lorenz, the CF II program, with an overall budget of €1.05 million, aims to promote job creation in Morocco by providing financial support to investment-driven companies.

It particularly favors organizations dedicated to the public interest, with a significant impact in terms of inclusion, digitalization, and ecological transition.

Since the launch of calls for projects in May 2024, six companies have benefited from the program, receiving support that covers up to 70% of their investment projects. These companies are Peaqock Financials, Station A Corporation, Deli’s, Lariconf, Leyton, and Bertrand Technologies.

On this occasion, Mezzour praised Moroccan-German cooperation, highlighting its role in improving quality, production, and inclusion standards.

“The Challenge Fund II program aims to create more than 4,600 jobs,” he said, encouraging business leaders to expand their workforce and enhance their added value while emphasizing the growing opportunities in the Moroccan market, particularly in the transport and infrastructure sectors.

For his part, Dölger said that the program reflects his country’s continued commitment to Morocco’s economic and social development. He highlighted the importance of inclusion, digitalization, and ecological transition.

He also stressed that employment is a major challenge for Morocco, not only for the government but for society as a whole, assuring that the program is designed to create decent, inclusive, sustainable, and transformative jobs.

The support program for beneficiary companies of "Challenge Fund II" (CF II), developed within the framework of Moroccan-German cooperation, was launched on Monday in Rabat with the aim of promoting job creation in Morocco.
