At the outset of its meeting, the Council will examine three draft decrees, the first of which amends and supplements the decree creating two bonuses for special work and qualification for certain civil servants in the National Meteorology Department.
The second decree relates to regional aquaculture development and management plans and aquaculture structure schemes, while the third concerns the granting of a training session allowance to craftsmen providing training at the institutes and training centers run by the Handicrafts Department.
The Council will complete its proceedings by considering proposals for appointment to high positions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, before holding a meeting devoted to the examination of certain bills, the statement concluded.
