During this meeting, both parties highlighted the brotherly and friendly ties between the FAR and their Qatari counterparts, built on trust, mutual respect and a shared will for further strengthening them, the General Staff of the FAR said in a press release.
The discussions also focused on enhancing Moroccan-Qatari military cooperation, in line with the High Directives of the two heads of State.
This meeting was attended by the Qatari Ambassador to Rabat, senior officers from the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces and members of the Qatari delegation.
On High Instructions of His Majesty the King, Supreme Commander and Chief of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Mohammed Berrid, FAR Inspector General and Commander of the South Zone, received on Tuesday at the FAR General Staff Headquarters in Rabat, Lieutenant General Hamad Ben Ali Al Attiyah, Advisor to His Highness the Amir of Qatar for Defense Affairs.
