The event, held until next Sunday, aims to strengthen local communication with the Foundation’s members, using an integrated approach to directly and interactively present the full range of partnerships and services offered by the Foundation.
These communication days, which will make a stopover in other cities across the Kingdom, also aim to establish direct contact with beneficiaries of the Foundation’s services, to listen to them and interact with their expectations and needs.
To this end, the Foundation has set up several stands and areas dedicated to its partners, notably service providers in the fields of real estate, banking, insurance and telecommunications. The aim is to tackle specific and urgent cases in real time, while transcending obstacles likely to hinder members’ access to social benefits offered by the Foundation.
In a statement to the press, Chief Superintendent of Police, Deputy Secretary General of the Foundation Mohamed Mechmachi said that organizing these Communication Days, placed under the theme “The communicative approach, an effective choice to improve social action”, falls in line with the directives of Director General of National Security (DGSN) and Territorial Surveillance (DGST), who attach great importance and particular attention to improving the social conditions of the National Security family.
“In line with these strategic guidelines, the Foundation has adopted a new communication strategy based on proximity to its members”, he continued, noting that this approach aims to establish priorities on the basis of members’ aspirations, and to integrate their proposals according to a participatory approach that places social action at the core.
Mechmachi continued that this event is a key step in strengthening ties between the Foundation and its members, while enshrining relations to ensure better quality of social services and increase the level of beneficiary satisfaction.
The Regional Communication Days are part of the Foundation’s commitment to qualitatively transform its activities. This dynamic is based on a strategy aimed at diversifying the range of services on offer, expanding the network of contractual partners and improving the quality of social services provided to the National Security family.
It also emphasizes a policy of proximity communication, listening and direct interaction. As such, the Communication Days will also be held in Marrakech (December 12-14), Tangier (December 20-22) and Rabat (December 27-29), before being extended to the whole country.
