At a meeting attended by Italian officials and businessmen, complemented by activities organized by Moroccan community associations from various Italian cities, the discussion centered on Morocco’s dynamic growth under the visionary leadership of HM King Mohammed VI, highlighting the favorable investment and business opportunities, particularly in the southern provinces.

Held by the Moroccan Consulate General in Verona to mark the 49th anniversary of the glorious Green March and the 69th anniversary of Independence Day, the meeting saw the Moroccan delegation present the economic, tourist and cultural potential of the southern provinces, encouraging both Italian investors and Moroccans living in Italy to seize the promising business prospects in this part of the Kingdom.

Participants provided a comprehensive overview of Morocco’s sustainable economic development, highlighting the potential offered by the southern regions, particularly in sectors such as tourism, agriculture, infrastructure and renewable energies.

They also highlighted the incentives available to investors and the legal reforms that have made Morocco an attractive destination for foreign investment.

Investment opportunities in Morocco’s southern provinces were highlighted on Saturday in Trento (north-east Italy) by a Moroccan delegation representing the Saharan provinces, involving members of parliament, local elected representatives and departmental officials.
